At Empire Parrots, we prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of our birds during transit. With years of experience in shipping live parrots, we ensure a smooth and stress-free process for both our birds and customers.


Shipping Methods & Destinations

We ship daily (Monday through Friday) to ensure timely arrivals. Our facility is conveniently located just 90 minutes from the airport, allowing for efficient transport.


Shipping Options:

  • USA & Canada: We ship exclusively via airlines that follow strict Pet Safe Programs.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Available upon request (additional documentation may apply).

We do NOT ship via USPS—this is illegal for live birds.


Shipping Process

  1. Flight Coordination:
  • Our team locates the nearest major airport to your location.
  • We book the flight with an airline that provides climate-controlled, pressurized cargo holds for live animals.
  1. Pre-Shipment Preparation:
  • Each bird is placed in an airline-approved shipping crate with:
  • Special water containers(hydration gel for long flights).
  • Ample food supply(in case of flight delays).
  • Absorbent bedding for comfort.

    1. Real-Time Updates:
  • You’ll receive an email itinerary with flight details, pickup location, and tracking.
  • We provide live updates on flight status until your bird arrives safely.

USA & Canada Shipping

  • Base Cost: Varies by airline and distance (contact us for a quote).
  • Includes:
  • Airline-approved travel crate.
  • Food & hydration supplies.
  • USDA health certificate (additional fees may apply).

International Shipping

  • Cost: Determined by destination (contact for details).
  • Includes:
  • Export permits & health certificates.
  • Microchipping (if required).
  • Customs assistance (import fees are the buyer’s responsibility).

Live Arrival Guarantee

  • We guarantee safe arrival for all birds shipped via approved airlines.
  • In case of flight delays or cancellations, we work with the airline to ensure the bird’s safety.
  • Buyer must be available for airport pickup—failure to do so may result in additional fees.

Important Notes

 We never sedate birds—this is dangerous and prohibited.
 Buyer is responsible for any airline-related fees due to rescheduling.
 Tracking is provided immediately after departure.
